Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

We know print and design can feel complicated, especially if you haven't done it before. Below are the questions we're asked most often. If you don't find what you're looking for, just give us a call or drop us a message — we're always happy to help.

  • We offer a full range of graphic design and print services, including business card printing, flyer and leaflet printing, brochure design and printing, banner and signage production, poster printing, branded stationery, and bespoke print projects. We also offer standalone graphic design services for clients who need artwork without print.

Are you based in the UK? Yes, we are a UK-based print and design studio serving businesses across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Do you work with small businesses as well as larger companies? Absolutely. We work with sole traders, startups, SMEs, and larger organisations. Whether you need 50 business cards or a nationwide print run, we give every order the same level of care and quality.

Do you offer trade or agency accounts? Yes. We offer trade pricing for print resellers, designers, and agencies. If you're regularly sourcing print on behalf of clients, get in touch to discuss our trade account options.

  • I don't have a logo or any brand assets — can you help? Yes. Our design team can create a logo and brand identity from scratch, or refresh an existing one. We offer design packages that combine branding and print, so you can get everything sorted in one place.

What file formats do you accept for artwork? We accept print-ready PDFs, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, and high-resolution TIFF or JPEG files. Files should be set up to the correct bleed and trim size. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll guide you through it.

What does 'print-ready' mean? A print-ready file is one that meets our technical specifications — correct dimensions, 3mm bleed on all sides, fonts embedded or outlined, and a minimum resolution of 300dpi. If your files aren't print-ready, our design team can prepare them for a small additional fee.

What is bleed, and why does it matter? Bleed refers to the area of your design that extends beyond the trim edge of the finished piece. It's typically 3mm on all sides. Including bleed ensures that when your job is cut to size, there are no white borders or unprinted edges — even if the cut is very slightly off centre.

How many design revisions are included? Our standard design packages include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be arranged at an agreed hourly rate. We find that with a thorough brief upfront, most projects are resolved well within this allowance.

Can you match my existing brand colours exactly? We work in CMYK for print and can match your Pantone or hex colour references as closely as possible within the CMYK colour gamut. For brand-critical colour matching, please let us know at the brief stage and we can advise on the best approach.

  • What paper stocks and finishes do you offer? We offer a wide range of paper weights and finishes, including gloss, silk, and uncoated stocks, as well as premium options such as matt lamination, gloss lamination, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, and foiling. Ask us about what's best suited to your project.

What is the minimum order quantity? Minimum order quantities vary by product. Business cards start from as few as 25 units, while some large-format products are available as single units. Contact us for specifics on the product you need.

Can I see a proof before printing? Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval before any job goes to press. For larger or bespoke orders, a physical (wet) proof can be arranged — please ask at the time of enquiry. Please note that some proofs are paid for.

What colour mode should my files be in? All artwork submitted for print should be in CMYK colour mode, not RGB. RGB files can look very different when converted to CMYK for print. If you're unsure, send us your files and we can check them for you.

Do you print in full colour? Yes. We print full-colour (CMYK) on all our products as standard. If you need single-colour or two-colour (spot colour) printing, please mention this when requesting your quote.

  • How long does printing take? Standard turnaround is typically 4–7 working days from proof approval, with express options (24–48 hours) available on selected products. Please enquire when placing your order. Turnaround times do not include delivery time.

Do you offer nationwide delivery? Yes. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses via tracked courier. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland may take an additional working day or two.

Can I collect my order in person? Yes, a collection is available from our studio. Please let us know at the time of ordering and we'll have your job ready and waiting for you.

What if my order arrives damaged? We pack all orders carefully to minimise the risk of damage in transit, but if something does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll arrange a reprint or refund as quickly as possible.

  • How do I get a quote? You can request a quote through our contact form, by email, or by phone. Please include details of the product, quantity, size, and any finish requirements so we can turn around an accurate quote quickly.

Do your prices include VAT? All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the current UK rate will be added at the point of invoice.

Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes. The more you print, the more cost-effective the unit price becomes. If you're ordering in large quantities or placing a repeat order, please mention this when requesting a quote.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is typically required before artwork and print commences, though trade account holders may be eligible for agreed credit terms.
